New Horizons is an e-newsletter for women clergy in the Church of the Nazarene, emailed to subscribers twice yearly. The newsletter was pioneered in 1990 by Dr. Diane Leclerc, and past editors have included Dr. Phyllis Perkins, Dr. Judi Schwanz, Rev.
